Crucella started in the summer of 2025 when Willy and Belinda got in touch about the idea of making
melodic doom metal. Willy had written some songs for a death metal project that never really reached
its goal the first time around.
While adding lyrics and creating melodies suitable for Belinda's voice the couple tried out members.
Masse has been in the band since the first rehearsal. He answered an ad when Crucella was looking for
a bass player.
Asadi came to Sweden from Iran autumn 2025 and he joined the band shortly thereafter.

On May the 7th Crucella is going to perform live for the first time at Parkensöder in Stockholm.
Please note that the gig is a Thursday even though the competition normally takes place on Tuesdays.

Crucella is about to release their 2nd single Descensum. Stay tuned.
The band has recently released their first official single called Behedoom.
The song features guest performance by Mika Korhonen on keyharp.
